Workshops and Coaching to Improve Communication and Reduce Workplace Conflict

Elkins Consulting has found a niche in working with remote teams, beginning with one-to-one video conversations, followed by in-person workshops at retreat locations, and then continued online conversations to sustain the culture-shift facilitated by the Strengths principles.

Whether we meet onsite at your headquarters, your retreat location, or online, your team will experience personal and professional inspiration with our programs.

Our team provides all the materials needed for a meaningful, successful program, whether we meet in person or virtually, with care packages shipped to locations across the United States.

We’re also happy to help you find the perfect Montana location for your retreat or summit, and to assist in building a solid agenda with other local hosts to cut down on travel costs outside of your team’s expenses.

You’re going to love meeting in Big Sky Country.

Working with Sarah to implement Strengths Finder as a resource for our team was a fantastic business decision. We have leaned into the strengths and the tools she gave us in a variety of contexts— from onboarding new employees to navigating internal reviews, to structuring conflict resolution. We are able to draw from a common language around the best of ourselves to do our work. It allows us to maximize (one of my strengths!) for productivity and a cohesive, positive work environment. We did both an in-person retreat as well as video coaching— both of which Sarah handled with a refreshing grace.

Individual Strengths Coaching

Using the Gallup StrengthsFinders assessment, we will take time to dive deeply into what makes you good at what you do, and find ways to actively seek the activities and opportunities available to leverage those things.

Understanding your strengths will improve communication in every aspect of your life, through self-reflection, and a better understanding of how you are being perceived. When you understand how you’re being perceived, you can be more intentional about which behaviors and actions will better demonstrate your values and goals.
