Steps to Implement:
Every member of the team takes the assessment and meets one-to-one with a Gallup-certified coach.
Groups are gathered for the Introduction to StrengthsFinder workshop to discuss how each individual’s talents contribute to the dynamics and success of the team.
Onboarding new employees includes taking the assessment, meeting one-to-one with a coach, and a session with their manager and the coach to ensure clear communication expectations and needs.
Groups meet periodically to sustain the learning and language.
Team members make their results visible, and meetings & agendas are intentionally planned around the talents of the people attending.
