Objectives:

• Understand how your natural approach to projects, problems, and people influences your communication and how you’re perceived.

• Uncover patterns within your successes and challenges to be more intentional in your approach.

• Learn the questions to ask to uncover the talents in people around you to reduce miscommunication and conflict.

• Answer the question “tell me about yourself” in 3-minutes, with the ability to expand it into a longer conversation with confidence and authenticity.
