What will I learn in your public speaking training?

You’ll learn a clear, repeatable framework for preparing any talk with clarity and confidence. We’ll identify your specific audience, define the goals of your talk or presentation, and shape a message that hits the mark. You’ll also learn vocal performance techniques, posture and body-language skills, and how to use stories that feel natural — not forced. By the end, you’ll know exactly what to do before, during, and after you speak to deliver and engage with clarity and presence.

Who is this training designed for?

This training is built for professionals who know their stuff but spend a lot of time in their heads, and are uneasy when all eyes are on them. If you need to lead meetings, give presentations, pitch ideas, or represent your organization, and you’d like to do it without feeling your heart sprinting a marathon, this is for you. No “natural performer” gene required.

How does this training work? What will I talk about?

So that we have something specific to work on, we’ll develop your “signature talk” during our sessions. You’ll identify a specific theme or topic to talk about related to your career, a project, or a TED-style big idea, and together we’ll create an outline that can be used to create a script for a 12-minute talk, and you can use the content to create a variety of related talks ranging from 3-minutes to an hour-long workshop.

You’ll know the training is working because we measure progress in ways you can actually see and feel, not in vague “be more confident” statements. Here are the key markers:

Reduced prep time
No more anxiety-filled days of gathering information and writing notes! Instead, you’ll have an efficient and effective framework to reduce your prep time and make your message more clear and engaging. That’s progress.

Increased speaking clarity
Your message becomes more focused, your objectives more concrete, and your delivery more intentional. You’ll notice fewer filler words, stronger openings, and tighter explanations.

Better vocal performance and presence
Your voice carries, your pace steadies, and your posture feels natural instead of stiff. You’ll be able to hear and see the difference in your recorded practice sessions.

Audience engagement goes up
More eye contact, more nods, more questions, more follow-up conversations — that’s how you know you’re connecting. Here’s what you can expect: You’ll lose track of how many times people pick up their pens to take notes, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of people who want to talk to you after a workshop or presentation.

Decrease in pre-presentation anxiety
Nerves won’t vanish, but they’ll go from “I might faint and I’m vomiting a little in my throat” to “I’m nervous, I’m excited, and I’ve got this.” You’ll feel more prepared, controlled, and more flexible in knowing you can adjust and succeed even if things go sideways.

Positive feedback from colleagues and leaders
The people in the room start noticing: “That was clear,” “Great presentation,” “You sounded confident today.” External validation isn’t everything — but it’s a reliable indicator that the work is paying off.

Consistent performance across different situations
Whether it’s a team meeting, client pitch, or formal presentation, you’ll deliver with similar confidence and clarity. No more “good one day, shaky the next.”
