Connect and Engage: Storytelling for Leaders Group Program
Limited to 5 participants.
Three session program for professionals seeking to improve their ability to connect with colleagues and clients through story sharing, observation, and developing a more engaging presence.
Session 1: Uncover natural talents and relationship building skills via CliftonStrengths results review. Begin story mining and practice short story sharing.
Session 2: Identify appropriate stories to share and use as communication tools, particularly to demonstrate talents, value, and experience, as well as exploring those stories for potential content sharing to continue to build your brand and presence to reach your target audience.
Session 3: Improve specific aspects of storytelling, including body language, tone of voice, facial expression, active listening, storytelling, pace, etc. for in-person and virtual interactions.
Select EPGroup1 Plus SF if you do not have recent CliftonStrengths/StrengthsFinder results.
Sessions are scheduled in advance using Doodle Poll to ensure all participants may attend each session. Sessions will be recorded for review by participants, and for participants who miss a session. No make-up sessions will be scheduled, however, if necessary, participants may be included in another group session scheduled in the future to make up missing content.
