Learn to ensure You’re Building the Stories that are in Alignment with how you want to experience yourself, and how you want others to know you

Sarah Elkins, Elkins Consulting

You can tell people you’re a great cook, smart, or generous, but that doesn’t make it true or compelling. But sharing the right story can. In this session we’ll work through what a vision story is and how to share it, and we’ll make sure each of us has at least one story to demonstrate what we do and how we do it, the action we’re taking toward claiming the vision.

Objectives:

  • Build your vision story to share how your business/job is in alignment with your values

  • Build your introductory story to demonstrate the how behind your vision story

  • All participants will share their two stories to create clarity among the group to make it easier to refer business & jobs, as well as to make it easy to be an ambassador for our work.

10:30am - 12:00pm | From Limited to Limitless Potential

jennifer jane young and neil c. hughes

Most of us are living our lives from the limited potential of our left brains, putting all our eggs in one basket and doing what we think we “should” be doing to fit into the norm or current trend around us. What if you allowed yourself to step out of your comfort zone and followed the creative path of your right brain? What if niching and focusing on one thing was actually getting in the way of your success? Join Jenn & Neil to unlock the potential inside of you and follow your heart & gut toward your next expansive step.

Objectives:

  • Develop the courage to take imperfect action and access more opportunities.

  • Work smarter, not harder!

  • Expand revenue streams for healthier cash flow and more financial stability.

  • Build resilience and the capacity to adapt to technological change.

  • Learn to lead intuitively like the successful leaders of our time, e.g., Richard Branson, and leverage your creativity to work in your zone of genius.
